No one\u00a0in the group\u00a0is above\u00a0anyone.\u00a0No\u00a0paid\u00a0professionals\u00a0or\u00a0staff who\u00a0guides us\u00a0and define the meetings.<\/p>\n<p>When we\u00a0get together\u00a0with people\u00a0who have gone through\u00a0suffering\u00a0labeled\u00a0as\u00a0mental \"disease\"\u00a0we discover\u00a0and\u00a0learn\u00a0new ways\u00a0to be\u00a0happy.<\/p>\n<p>Each of us\u00a0is an expert\u00a0 in our experience\u00a0and\u00a0concern for others\u00a0is\u00a0usually\u00a0the best way to\u00a0take care of\u00a0ourselves.\u00a0When\u00a0we actively\u00a0listen to each other,\u00a0we begin to understand\u00a0our own\u00a0and\u00a0other people's\u00a0needs\u00a0and how to\u00a0fulfill them.<\/p>\n<p>Support groups\u00a0are friendly\u00a0open\u00a0and\u00a0inclusive,\u00a0where\u00a0different perspectives\u00a0and\u00a0life choices are all respected and appreciated.\u00a0Support groups\u00a0can become\u00a0places of cultivation of\u00a0a network of\u00a0communities\u00a0for\u00a0mutual assistance,\u00a0mutual help\u00a0during the crisis,\u00a0communication and reference\u00a0to the system\u00a0of\u00a0mental health\u00a0and\u00a0learning\u00a0about\u00a0new possibilities.<\/p>\n<ul class=\"list\">\r\n\t\t\t<li><i class=\"small-arrows\"><\/i><a href=\"https:\/\/ludruga.hr\/en\/peer-support-groups-in-zadar-and-split\/\">Peer Support Groups in Zadar and Split<\/a><\/li>\r\n\t<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The group of Mutual Psychic Support &#8220;Experts by experience&#8221; is held every Monday from 7 pm to 9 pm in the premises of the Pre\u010dko Cultural Center.
