The human library offers to lend just the right books that raise awareness and change the view on the world. The only difference is that the books from our library are real people! And instead of reading them,  we talk with them.

Come to the library to socialize with people-books and examine their beliefs, attitudes and prejudices. Meet people who are after something different, but above all, original, authentic and inspiring. Lend people-books for a short interview and choose among them your best-sellers!

On Loan we offer the following addresses: Racial issues – African, Homelessness, Alcoholism, National minorities – Serbian, Veterans and PTSD, LGBTI person, Depression, Schizophrenia.

Do not judge a book by its cover! Come meet real people with real human stories. Only in this way can we change the world.

So we held the Human Library Day, on  20. 12. 2014. from 15:00 to 20:00, in Dom kulture Prečko, Prečko 2a. The project was financially supported by Grad Zagreb, Office of Human Rights and logistic support of Tresnjevka Cultural Centre, Zagreb.
