Decisions on Ludruga acitivities and are made by: the Assembly, Steering Committee, President and Vice President. Sometimes the process looks like an idyllic harmony, and sometimes ... well, democratic.

Although we have official legal representatives and assigned functions within the association, we have no chiefs, no commander. We hope that we will never be in position to "draw" a scheme of some hierarchical organizational structure.
